Alec was awesome! He came out right away when our AC stopped working in the heat of the day. He was able to diagnose and fix our AC very fast, and his pricing was fair and reasonable. He explained everything clearly and even showed us pictures of what he did, which was super informative. Just a really nice, honest and professional guy—kind and easy to talk to. Tellez Heating and Air Conditioning Co has taken care of all my heat and air service for the past 12 years. Julio Installed my heater 12 years ago and Alec just installed new AC unit . They know what they’re doing! They are reliable, honest, meticulous and tidy! I have depended on them for 12 plus years and they have never disappointed me. They’ve proven to always be correct when diagnosing. They kept my old AC unit going longer than I thought was possible! Added bonus, they are really nice people and they care.

I have used Tellez for a year now. They show up as promised and do a great job. They just serviced a unit for me and took care of tubing that needed covering and wires that needed repairing. They go the extra mile to give you the best service for your dollar. I will use them again!
