Hello. My air of course stopped working when it was 104 degrees out. Not only was my landlord very quick at fixing but when he couldn't find out the issue, he then called Tellez heating and air. A very nice and professional young man named Alec called me within 15 minutes and showed up within the hour. He was so quick and found out the issue and had my home cooling down in no time. I also have large dogs and they both absolutely loved Alec. Which doesn't happen!! If you need anything done and need a heating and air guy I highly recommend Alec. Thanks again for cooling us down.

I was very happy with Alec. My whole system went out while I was overseas. Alec was able to help me understand what had happened and gave me options to rectify the situation. He was able to get in the following day and begin work on my system, all while communicating via phone and email in a much different time zone. I was very pleased with the work and the outcome.

I primarily worked alot with Alec and he was very communicative. He gave me a range of options and gave me the pros and cons for each. took the time to explain what was going on with my HVAC system. As a first time home buyer I had alot of concerns. Alec took the time to answer all of my questions (probably a few dumb ones too) but was happy to answer. I had already got a few quotes, but when working either Tellez there were no sales tactics or pressure to make a quick decision which made me feel comfortable going with them. My experience with them was great and ultimately I’m incredibly happy I went with them.
